The Virginia Heart Attack Coalition (VHAC) is a volunteer collaborative organization dedicated to improving care for heart attack patients in Virginia by implementing the American Heart Association's (AHA) Mission: Lifeline guidelines and fostering cooperation and coordination among the Commonwealth's STEMI care providers.

Annual Statewide Meeting Set for May 23
The annual VHAC/Mission Lifeline Statewide Stakeholder's meeting will be held Wednesday, May 23 in Charlottesville at the University of Virginia's Newcomb Hall (3rd floor ballroom). Among the special guests and speakers are Dr. Gray Ellrodt, Keynote Speaker, the Honorable Dr. Bill Hazel – Secretary of Health and Human Services for VA, and Dr. Marilyn McLeod, VA OEMS OMD Chairperson.
There is still time to register, but please do so ASAP so we can get an accurate meal count and know how many to expect.
